1. What types of tea do you offer?
We offer a range of premium teas, including green, black, oolong, and herbal teas. Each tea is carefully selected to provide a unique, flavourful experience.
2. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your preferred teas to the basket, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
3. What are the delivery charges?
We offer a flat delivery rate of R100 across South Africa. Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery. International shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
4. How long does delivery take?
- South Africa: Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-4 working days, depending on your location.
- International: Delivery times for international orders generally range from 7-21 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, after dispatch, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we’re excited to offer international shipping! Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. These will be calculated at checkout.
7. What if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days at keith@brewbroscartel.com or chris@brewbroscartel.com, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
8. Can I return a tea I didn’t like?
Due to health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused teas in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to us if you’d like to discuss your order.
9. Do you offer gift options?
Yes! Brew Bros teas make fantastic gifts. We offer gift packaging on request—simply add a note at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.
10. How should I store my tea?
For optimal freshness, we recommend storing your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours. Our teas come in resealable pouches, which help preserve their flavour and quality.
