At Brew Bros, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your order, our returns and refunds process is designed to make things as straightforward as possible.
Returns Policy
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
- Product Condition: We accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for opened tea products due to health and safety regulations.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for items that are returned in their original, unused condition. If your item was damaged or an error occurred with your order, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.
- Processing: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 working days for processing. Refunds will be made to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or there was an error on our part.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
