Brew Bros is a South African company specialising in premium teas. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website and govern the use of our services.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. However, this confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order if there is an issue with availability, payment, or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified promptly should any changes be necessary.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) for local customers. For international customers, prices are also available in United States Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR). While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, Brew Bros reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment is required at the time of purchase via our secure checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. Please note that currency conversion rates may apply based on your payment provider.
4. Delivery
- Delivery Fees: A flat rate of R100 applies to all standard deliveries across South Africa. Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery.
- Dispatch and Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch orders within 1- 2 working days. Standard delivery times range between 2- 5 working days, depending on location.
- Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress.
Brew Bros is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including courier delays or adverse weather. In the event of any delay, we will do our utmost to keep you informed.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds and exchanges are available for unopened and unused products in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error occurred with your order.
